Dr. S.H.A de Silva is the Chairman of Ryder Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. He has PhD in Information Technology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University- UK and MSc in Computer Science from the University of London.
He is a professional Member of many reputed Business Organizations such as Senior member of AMCHAM, Member of Rotary International, USA, Member of South Asian Business Club, India etc
His carrier begins as an officer at the Sri Lankan army and rendered his service to the country for more than a decade. Thereafter with the experience and the leadership gained ventured to setting up his own business in the field of telecommunication where he made a major impact in the industry with the launch of Lanka Internet. Thereafter the organization diversified it’s activities by spreading the wings and setting up business in the field of Trading Media and publication, Hotel Management & Entertainment, Aquaculture, Marine Engineering to name a few.
In addition he was a Former Senior Advisor for (International Trade Affairs) Ministry of Plantation Industries ,Government of Sri Lanka (2007-2010) and Former Senior Advisor to Deputy Minister of Public Estate Management & Development (2007-2010), Head of Civil Affairs Coordinator to Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka-Minister of Regional Development. Currently he is the Chairman of Water Resources Board and a senior member of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources consultant committee.
He was awarded several times for the service he has given for the country as a prominent entrepreneur such as Shrama Abimani honor award. Moreover he is an eminent politician.

Mr. Frank Zeng is a reputed businessman in China. He began his career as importer and translater of Board of Foreign Trade of Hefei,Anhui Province. And then he Worked as businessman in subcompany of Anhui Sunon Friuts & Vegetables Co.,Ltd. After many successful years there he became Director of Shandong Laizhou Sino-Korea Xinlong Stationery Co.,Ltd and Chairman of Yiwu Frank Stationery & Gift Manufacturer Co.,Ltd. and Yiwu Bestpoint Import & Export Co.,Ltd.
